Move ‘n Mend, Tuesdays @ 11:45 AM

Rachel is a bilingual trainer and therapist serving the Peninsula for 18 years. She offers an holistic approach to wellness including yoga, nutrition, and massage. She loves nature, cooking plant-based meals, and family.

Karly Atkey

Somatic Release Yoga, Tuesdays @ 6:00 PM, Thursdays @ 2:00 PM, Candlelit Deep Rest + Breath, Tuesdays @ 7:30 PM

Karly is a trauma-informed yoga instructor and somatic healer. Her particular interests lie in deeply restful and restorative classes, gentle movement, trauma release, guided meditation and nervous system regulation.

Tamara Cleaver

Yoga for the Pelvic Floor, Mondays @ 10:00 AM

Tamara specializes in trauma-informed yoga, offering healing through movement and breath for over 20 years. Dedicated to supporting others' healing journeys. She loves holding space for folks who are on their own healing journeys and hopes to inspire them as they find great ease and belonging within themselves, one breath at a time.


Sean Wallbridge

Human Design Workshop April 19

Sean has a 30+ year background in IT, but has devoted the past 3 years to learning everything he can about Human Design so he can share it with anyone wanting to learn more about themselves and how to live the life they were designed to live.

Besides Human Design, Sean is on a curiosity quest about anything from Tuning Forks and Plant Medicine to Artificial Intelligence and Quantum Physics.

Catherine Cheong

Rhythmic Release, Wednesday nights @ 6:00 PM, Sound & Stretch, Sunday nights @ 7:00 PM

Catherine Cheong has been in the Wellness world for over a decade. She is a certified Traditional Hindu Hatha Yoga Teacher, and Breathwork Facilitator. She has taught all over the world, in Toronto, Thailand, Bali, Montreal, Costa Rica and now currently on beautiful Vancouver Island.

Sara Leslie

Hatha Flow, Thursdays @ 5:30 PM

Sara is a skilled and passionate Yoga teacher trained by Ana Forrest. She specializes in Hatha and Vinyasa, blending tradition with functional anatomy. Also, a Phytotherapy graduate, she integrates plant healing into her practice.

Meg Hollingworth

Yogalates, Saturdays @ 9:30 AM, Pilates, Saturdays @ 11:00 AM

Meg teaches dance, special education, and yoga at Shawnigan Lake School, sharing her journey from perfectionism and anxiety to wellness and self-acceptance.

David Axon

Introduction to Meditation

David, a dedicated meditator since 1990 is a full-time Registered Psychiatric Nurse. He also leads mindfulness sessions for workplaces, enhancing well-being through meditation practices tailored to organizational needs.

Eva Fernandez Penedo

Vinyasa Flow Levels 1 & 2, Monday nights @ 5:30 & 7:00 PM

Eva is a preschool teacher, yoga instructor and Reiki II practitioner. She thrives on teaching and continuous learning. With a love for playful living, she specializes in chair yoga, acrobatics, and circus coaching, inspiring joy and wellness in all ages.

Ashley Chipurda

Yin/Yang Yoga, Wednesday Mornings @ 7:00 & 9:00 AM

Ashley combines yoga, Qi Gong, dance, and acrobatics in her teaching, focusing on strength, mobility, and nervous system health. Her classes blend breathwork and movement for self-discovery and holistic well-being, drawing inspiration from nature and Traditional Chinese Medicine.
